• Pelletızer is used for cutting the plastic melt, whish comes from extruder and tums into a granule form. This pelletızer can be used for PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PS and PU materials.
• Granule sizes can be adjustable according to customer request.
• Cutting process takes place with horizontal cooled die, with an easy adjustable spring-loaded blade system.
• Cutting blades made of 1.2379 steel.
• Pelletizers are completely made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
• Easy changeable Die and the Steel blades.
• Pellets that come from cutting unit will go directly to Vertical Drying unit before the silo.
